The University College of Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts of Sant Pol de Mar (EUHT StPOL) was founded in 1966 and has been a pioneer among hospitality schools in Europe by introducing its own HOTEL SCHOOL which hosts real guests.
EUHT StPOL’s educational philosophy is based on "Learning by doing". Our students gain hands-on experience from the first day at our Hotel School in the kitchen, bakery, hotel, reception, and purchasing department. This unique experience inspires students to begin an exciting career to become the hospitality leaders of the future.
